I’m a landscape photographer based out of Salt Lake City, although my heart still belongs to the Pacific Northwest. I sometimes wish that my subject matter had more of a focus, but I learned early on that about the only things I don’t like to photograph are wildlife and people. I’ve criss-crossed the United States and Canada, living out of my Toyota 4Runner for months at a time, searching for the perfect light, skies and landscapes…and scenes that are equally perfect in a rusted, rotting, and dilapidated sort of way. If I’m lucky, I’ll also find my “photo groove,” when all the elements in the scene just seem to come together on my LCD screen, and I know that THIS is what I’m meant to be doing. I’m excited to be able to share my favorite places and images, and hopefully, inspire people to get out and GO!
